But here are some tips to finding time to exercise. Number one, you can always ask one of your friends to baby-sit, your sister, neighbor, best friend, anyone. Create a back up crew. If you have friends who are already moms or some who are to be moms in the future, ask of them to help you and when they require the similar favor, do the same for them.
