Good Positions Help to Get Pregnant Fast

Last, but not the least - contraceptives. If the woman has been using hormonal contraceptives, she should stop as soon as she decides that she wants to conceive. Also, it is important to not use a perfumed contraceptive or use artificial lubricants as these are known to damage or kill the sperm.
